A lot of people struggle with their diet whether skinny or obese. Some struggle with their weight which could be due to stress or they just love to eat, it’ genes.

Then you have those who actually are skinny or petite but are also not eating healthy to remind the same way. A friend once told me that she was so blessed that she can eat anything she wanted because was petite(small). This is not the same way to all people.

But thats not true, I run every day, drink lots of water and eat healthy. I’m naturally petite but sickness don’t care whether you are small or big, it just attacks your body depending on what intake your putting into your body.

Be conscious of how much calories you consume, because it should balance with how active you are.

Everyones body is different, for example for most of the people who have high metabolism, This literally makes them snack every two hours because they are constantly get hungry.

Not everyone is like the other, some people have low metabolism, if so, you definitely have to watch what you eat.

Eating in portions is one thing we recommend to everyone, it helps you control what you put in your body.

Skipping meals is something that’s done alot of times which is not healthy but we recommend that you avoid doing this.

Consume your meals in portions three time a day and snack in between, eat less salt, drink plenty of water and have plenty of sleep.

1. Fruits and Vegetables

You can absolutely live off on Fruits and Vegetables minus the other foods like a vegetarian. They are full of Minerals, Antioxidants, Vitamins and  Prebiotics fiber which are fantastic for your body. All fruits and Vegetables are good for your body, great for your skin.

  • Avocado…etc.

All these fruits and vegetables help yo strengthen the immunity of the body, they help in producing of white blood cells which help the body to resist against diseases. They also help to clean the pancreas and the liver by producing more bile juice which helps to collect nutrients from all food stuff we eat.

2. Proteins

Plants and Animals proteins are great for our body. We need it to build most areas of our body, the skin, organs, hormones and muscles.

a. Eggs
Eggs are anytime kind of food, meaning you can eat it at any time of the day but it’s has been designated mainly for breakfast. Eggs are great source of Vitamin D and it helps to develop the brain especially for children when boiled.

b. Seafood
Great source of Omega 3. for example

  • Salmon,
  • Tuna,
  • Tilapia…etc

c. Lean meats
Besides it being very high in protein with low fat, it also contains Vitamins B12, Iron…etc. for example: Red meat without fat, skinless Turkey & chicken.

d. Soy
Soy is considered to be a kind of legume that is Asia native. Great source of plant-based protein.

e. Nuts and Seeds
These are great for between meals snacks. Nuts has hard to get nutrients and is considered uncommon superfood. It bears plenty of:

3. Healthy Cooking Oils

There are many variety of cooking oils all over the world like: Vegetables, Peanut, Corn, coconut, Palm, Avocado etc but I’ll focus on only two.

a. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This is to my opinion the healthiest cooking oils I know, I totally recommend everyone to use it. The oil lowers the oxidative stress all over the body, it cultivates bone health, defends against some cancers…etc

b. Canola oil
We recomend using this oil for frying but it’s also good for cooking too. Canola oil is low in erucic acid which is obtained from different types of rape-seed. It has low saturated fat, healthy for your heart and it’s mainly used in the US.
